This conversation with Julia Hanlon is one that I will likely remember for the rest of my life. The word "perspective" comes to mind, as Julia shares unexpected and powerful insights about her journey through running and yoga.
As former collegiate athlete, a 500hr RYT teacher, and a podcast host of over 200 episodes, she offers a unique blend of ideas about the mind-body-spirit connection. Through teaching Yoga and directing retreats like Wilder (http://www.wilderrunning.com) she continues to share her passions and help others find joy in movement.
